Hi, I’m Jen Beeston. I take a holistic approach to the mortgage process, looking at lifestyle and financial goals in addition to the mortgage basics. My practice of ensuring that loans and lifestyle work together earned my position in the Top 1% of loan originators nationwide. Working withuaranteed Rate Mortgage, I offer my clients a wide range of options from a multitude of investors so each of my clients’ needs are met with the perfect loan product. I also control the loan process from start to finish, so there are no surprises. My team and I are obsessed with making the process as easy and transparent as possible. In my spare time, I work on my passion project - increasing financial literacy. Through my YouTube Channel, I provide basic financial education. It is incredibly rewarding to hear from people around the country who have seen my videos and made financial changes because of them. I'm a huge believer in talking about both current goals and long term financial goals. I also discuss lifestyle and how they want to live their lives. A house should compliment your life, not be a burden or your entire life. I make sure we are balancing the loan chosen with their current and future financial and lifestyle goals.

Buying a home for the first time is a huge deal. You are going to have lots of questions and concerns. Please make sure you find a strong lender that is willing to walk you through the process and is your advocate. A lot of people think it is all about the mortgage rate and that is all lenders do. A strong lender is your biggest asset and advocate. They know how to control the transaction to get you to your end goal as smoothly as possible. A good lender is not more expensive than a bad one so why not get the best. I love the excitement and happiness when I tell a buyer that they are clear to close. Being part of someone's home purchase is really special and it never loses its excitement for me. Over the years I must have said it over 1000 times but I still smile just thinking about those magic words. You are clear to close! I live outside of the box. I'm extremely optimistic and think anything is possible. Where someone may see a wall, I see a window. I believe that your money, life and home can all interact and work together harmoniously.
